Email-update requests

The signup form asks for your email address and explicit permission to receive future email updates. Your request, permission and submission date are stored in this website’s WordPress database, not displayed publicly. No account is created. Email delivery is not yet active, and signup addresses have not been verified.

Signup information is used to administer the requested email service, not sold or used for unrelated marketing. Before regular newsletters begin, address confirmation and an unsubscribe process will be put in place. This notice will be updated when email delivery is enabled.

Corrections and other requests

The contact form records your email address and message so the publisher can handle corrections, enquiries or privacy requests. It does not add you to the email-updates list. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Technical information and access

Forms and the website’s hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and the page used to submit a form. These details support operation, security and troubleshooting. WordPress and security services may use necessary cookies, including for authenticated administration. Form entries are accessible to authorized site administrators and are not public posts.

Your choices

You can ask to withdraw an email-updates request, correct your details, obtain a copy or request deletion using the corrections and privacy form. These requests are handled manually; deletion is not automatic when the form is submitted. Routine backups and security logs may retain copies temporarily.
